Point of contact in case of Consortium. In case of a Bid being submitted by a Consortium, the Lead Member of the Consortium shall be the single point of contact for the purposes of the IFB and the Bidding Documents. Any dispute amongst the Members, in case of a Consortium shall not be the responsibility of NRL and no financial or other burden shall pass on to NRL on this account.
