Common use of Point of Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Point of Interconnection. Unless interconnecting with Sprint on an indirect basis subject to Section 60, CLEC must establish a minimum of one POI within each LATA, at any technically feasible point, on Sprint’s network. To the extent Sprint’s network contains multiple tandems in the LATA, CLEC must interconnect at each tandem where it wishes to exchange (i.e. receive or terminate) traffic with Sprint.
