BellSouth's NMC will remain in control of the restoration efforts until the problem has been identified as being a long-term outage. At that time, the NMC will contact BellSouth's Emergency Control Center (ECC) and relinquish control of the recovery efforts. Even though the ECC may take charge of the situation, the NMC will continue to monitor the circumstances and restore traffic as soon as damaged network elements are revitalized.   • Points of Interconnection As and to the extent required by Section 251 of the Act, the Parties shall provide Interconnection of their networks at any technically feasible point as described in Section 4.3. To the extent the originating Party’s POI is not located at the terminating Party’s relevant IP, the originating Party is responsible for transporting its traffic from it’s POI to the terminating Party’s relevant IP.
