Governing Law and Courts. Subject to clause 34, a Service Agreement is subject to and must be interpreted under the law of the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Victoria, Australia and the Parties irrevocably submit to the courts of the State of Victoria.
Governing Law and Courts. This Agreement will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia (without reference to the choice of law principles under the laws of the State of Georgia). The parties agree that the state and federal courts in the State of Georgia with jurisdiction within or over Muscogee County, Georgia shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action arising from a dispute under this Agreement, and for any such action brought in such a court, expressly waives any defense Executive might otherwise have based on lack of personal jurisdiction or improper venue, or that the action has been brought in an inconvenient forum.

This Agreement and any disputes that arise out of, or in connection with, this Agreement (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of such disputes.
