Police and Firefighters. In a Governmental Eligible 457 Plan with qualified police or firefighter Participants within the meaning of Code §415(b)(2)(H)(ii)(I), the Employer in the Adoption Agreement may elect (or permit the qualified Participants to elect) a Normal Retirement Age as early as age 40 and as late as age 70 1/2.
