Police Substation. i. The Applicant will provide a police substation office in the amenity center for the Development; which substation will be a minimum of 150 square feet. Parking for the substation will be provided in the amenity center parking lot. The Applicant will also work with the City on a police substation, as detailed in Section 5.A hereof.
