Common use of Policy Endorsements Clause in Contracts

Policy Endorsements. The insurance provided for Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability above will contain waivers of subrogation rights against District, but only to the extent of the indemnity obligations contained in this Contract. * The insurance provided for Commercial General Liability and Auto Liability above will: (i) include District as an additional insured with respect to Work performed under this Contract, but only to the extent of the indemnity obligations contained in this Contract, and (ii) provide that the insurance is primary coverage with respect to all insureds, but only to the extent of the indemnity obligations contained in this Contract.
