Policy / Procedure Grievance. Within ten (10) working days of the event upon which the grievance is based, the Corporation or the Union may submit a grievance, in writing, to the other alleging a violation of a term of this Agreement. Such a grievance shall set out the facts and the Article(s) of the Agreement claimed to be violated or relied upon, and the matter shall be dealt with in accordance with Step II and then the balance of the grievance procedure.
