Compensation for Committee Work. Time spent in Committee meetings or on authorized Committee activities shall be considered “time worked” for purposes of determining compensation for non-exempt FLSA employees. This provision shall also apply to work performed on any authorized City/Department committee not expressly provided for herein.
Compensation for Committee Work. The Employer will provide annually to the Union a sum of $2,000 to provide compensation to members of the Union when they serve on committees of council. The allocation of these funds will be at the discretion of the Union.
