Common use of Political Activity Permitted Clause in Contracts

Political Activity Permitted. Members, as representatives of the Lodge and who are off-duty and not in identifiable uniform, may participate in the activities of the Lodge Political Education Committee, and other political activity to the extent permitted by applicable law, rule or regulation. However, a member shall not serve as Chair or Treasurer of a political candidate's campaign committee.
