Common use of Political Contributions, Fees and Commissions Clause in Contracts

Political Contributions, Fees and Commissions. This clause applies if this contract is for $500,000 or more and Buyer's prime contract is for the use of the armed forces of a foreign country or international organization. This clause is derived from the ITAR at 00 XXX 000, which requires Buyer to obtain from Seller a disclosure of political contributions or fees or commissions paid, or offered or agreed to be paid, by Seller with respect to Buyer's prime contract.
