GRANTEE shall comply with the applicable provisions of the Political Reform Act of l974, as amended, relating to conflicts of interest (codified at California Government Code Section 87000, et seq.) GRANTEE will promptly advise CITY of the facts and circumstances concerning any disclosure made to it or any information obtained by it relating to conflicts of interest.
