Political risks include. ☞ war, civil war and warlike events, rebellion or revolution, riots, acts of terrorism, sabotage, civil unrest, takeover, or ☞ transfer delays, or ☞ moratorium, or ☞ discharge of debt, or ☞ political event, legal act or decision of the government which prevents performance of the contract, or ☞ refusal of the public debtor to fulfill its obligation under the contract, including inability or refusal to fulfill the enforced court decision. ☞ force majeure, including nuclear accidents, hurricane, floods, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunami, other natural disasters.
