Tandem Switched Transport 7.3.4.2.1 For traffic delivered through a CenturyLink or CLEC tandem Switch (as defined in the Agreement), the Parties agree that, because this State is a new market for CLEC, tandem switched transport functions for Exchange Service (EAS/Local) non-transit traffic shall be compensated based upon the xxxx and keep compensation mechanism. Xxxx and keep will apply to both the tandem switching rate and the tandem transmission rate. wire Unbundled ISDN Digital Loops These will be provisioned according to industry standards for 2-Wire Basic Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. NewPhone will be responsible for providing BellSouth with a Service Profile Identifier (SPID) associated with a particular ISDN-capable Loop and customer. With the SPID, BellSouth will be able to adequately test the circuit and ensure that it properly supports ISDN service.
Occupational First Aid Requirements and Courses (a) The Union and the Employer agree that First Aid Regulations made pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act shall be fully complied with.
Travelling, Transport and Fares (a) An employee required and authorised to use their own motor vehicle in the course of their duties will be paid not less than the allowance set out in item 21 in Table 2.
