Portrait Rights and Commercial Advertisement. Player shall, at all time during the Term of this Agreement, confer with Club before appearing in any commercial advertisement(s) or commercial event(s), irrespective of the means, method or form, as required under the applicable KBL Rules and Regulations. Player hereby acknowledges and agrees that any commercial advertisement(s) and/or commercial event(s) must not in any way be deemed to negatively reflect on the reputation and honor of the KBL and/or Club, which determination shall be made at the sole and absolute discretion of the KBL and/or Club, and any and all profits generated from Player’s appearance in commercial advertisement(s) and/or commercial event(s) shall be distributed equally between Club and Player. Player acknowledges and agrees that any and all portrait rights, advertisements, photographs, images and related media are the sole property of KBL.

  • Outside Advertising The Employer reserves the right to advertise new or vacant positions as deemed necessary. All internal applicants for new or vacant positions will be given first consideration and must be disqualified for the position before it is offered to outside applicants.
