Player’s Obligations. 3.1 By signing this player’s contract, the player commits him/herself to completing GS 2023 in accordance with Regs GS 2023, the decisions of the FIDE General Assembly, FIDE Council and FIDE President, FIDE Code of Ethics, FIDE Anti-Doping Disciplinary Regulations, FIDE Anti-Сheating Guidelines, FIDE Statutes, FIDE Laws of Chess which form an integral part of this contract, except in the case of illness evidenced by a medical certificate or other reasons which are recognised valid by the decision of the FIDE GSC.
3.2 By signing this contract, the player agrees not to compete in any cycle, tournament or match outside FIDE, with the purpose of establishing a World Chess Champion, for a period of 4 (four) years from the end of GS 2023.
3.3 FIDE, in accordance with Regs GS 2023, reserves the right to penalize any player who, after signing this contract, fails to complete GS 2023 without a valid reason.
3.4 During GS 2023 the players are obliged to attend press-conferences, give interviews and make public appearances, respecting the dress code as described in Regs GS 2023. Any breach can result in fines according to Regs GS 2023.
3.5 The players are required to appear punctually for the commencement of play at the start of each round.
3.6 The players are required to attend the Players’ Meeting, Opening and Closing Ceremony or any official reception specifically approved by the FIDE GSC and/or the Organiser.
3.7 The players are not permitted to bring into the playing area any telephone, technical and other equipment extraneous to play, which may in any way disturb or upset the opponent. The Chief Arbiter shall decide what constitutes extraneous equipment liable to offend the opponent.
3.8 The players accept that the arbiters may carry out any inspection or security checks at any time just before the start of the game, during the game or immediately after the game to ensure that no electronic or other equipment has been brought into the playing hall by the players.
3.9 While his/her game is in progress, a player may leave the playing area only with the permission of the Chief Arbiter and only if he/she is accompanied by one of the arbiters.
3.10 Every player shall have a suitable travel/health insurance policy for the duration of the GS 2023. Neither FIDE nor the Organiser bear liability to cover any related costs.
Player’s Obligations. 7.1 Whenever the Player is selected as a member of the BLACKCAPS, a New Zealand Team or a Major Association Team (for such time as the Player is a member of such team) the Player will:
(a) Act in a fair and reasonable manner at all times in his dealings with NZC and the Player’s Major Association.
(b) Be available for selection to the BLACKCAPS, New Zealand Teams and Major Association Teams (subject to a release in accordance with clause 26 of the Master Agreement).
(c) Play to the best of his ability and in accordance with The MCC Laws of Cricket (as amended from time to time) and the ICC and NZC Codes of Conduct (where applicable and as may be amended from time to time), and in particular will:
(i) Comply with any fitness and rehabilitation programmes as may be prescribed by NZC or the Major Association, where applicable, and as may be amended from time to time;
(ii) Report promptly, and in a prepared state, for all training sessions and matches as required by NZC or the Major Association, where applicable;
(iii) Participate to the best of the Player’s ability in all training sessions and matches as required by NZC or the Major Association.
(iv) Hold a current passport and be eligible to travel overseas and back to New Zealand (including being eligible to obtain any necessary visas for any countries which the Player is required to play in by NZC or the Major Association);
(v) Act, dress and behave in a professional manner (as required by NZC or his Major Association from time to time) when travelling with or assembled with any team to which he is selected.
(d) Perform Promotional Activities as may be required by NZC and/or the Major Association from time to time.
(e) Perform Media Activities and not disclose any information or make any comment to the media which may be contrary to the best interests of NZC or the Major Association.
(f) Not act contrary to the best interests of NZC or the Major Association.
(g) At the reasonable request of NZC, or the Major Association, undertake a full medical examination at any time during the term of this Playing Agreement for the purpose of assessing his fitness and ability to play cricket. The Player agrees that all medical reports (including but not limited to the Player’s past illness, injury and rehabilitation history) relating to such assessments will be forwarded on request to the NZC or Major Association medical adviser (as the case may be).

Player’s Obligations. The Player shall throughout the Term of this Agreement as set out in Schedule 1:
6.1 not participate without the Club’s express written authority in any recreational sport or activity that is likely to endanger his fitness or ability to train or play rugby for the Club;
6.2 not (save where permitted pursuant to clauses 8 or 9 below) train for or play rugby union or any other competitive sport for any other club, team, body or rugby organisation otherwise than for the Club unless:
6.2.1 he shall have prior written authorisation from the Club to do so; and
6.2.2 the applicable club, team, body, organisation or union concerned shall have accepted in writing, to the satisfaction of PRL, liability for loss of salary, medical costs or other associated costs caused by any injury sustained by the Player in the course of such participation;
6.3 attend all matches and training sessions, as and when required by the Team Manager, and Promotional Activities subject to the requirements of clauses 8 and 9;
6.4 make all reasonable endeavours to maintain his form and health and the high standard of physical fitness as reasonably laid down from time to time by the Club so as to be available for regular selection for matches provided that the Player shall not be under any obligation to make payments to third parties in meeting his obligations under this clause;
6.5 wear a suitably fitting mouth guard for all appropriate practices and matches (unless otherwise permitted by the Club following medical advice);
6.6 wear or use any relevant items of Playing Kit or Leisurewear supplied to him by the Club on and off the field when playing or training as a member of the Club and when engaged in the Club's business including Promotional Activities and comply with all lawful and reasonable instructions and directions of the Team Manager or someone authorised to act on his behalf. For the avoidance of doubt, the Player shall be permitted to enter into sponsorship or other agreements with a base layer and protective clothing manufacturer. However, should the Player wish to use any base layer or protective clothing which contains branding or other identifying colours or features which conflict with a Club sponsor, the Player shall only be entitled to wear such base layer or protective clothing providing that the branding or any other identifying colours or features are removed;

Player’s Obligations. 5.1 The agreement defines the Player’s obligations towards the Club as follows:

Player’s Obligations. 7.1 A Player who has retained the services of the Football Agent under this Contract is responsible for ensuring that the signed Contract is received for registration by DBU at email: xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xx no later than 5 workdays after signing. If this Contract does not reach DBU in time, it will terminate automatically.
7.2 If a Player contract is to be renegotiated and the Player has concluded a new contract with the Football Agent for this purpose, the Player must ensure that the new representation contract is submitted to DBU in accordance with clause 7.1.
7.3 The Player undertakes to notify the Football Agent of any offer or inquiry received by the Player from any Club or person affiliated with a Club that falls within the scope of the Football Agent’s authority, see clause 5.
7.4 If the Football Agent’s authority under clause 5 is fully or partly exclusive, the Player undertakes not to contract with other Football Agents contrary to the exclusivity agreed.
7.5 The Player undertakes to participate in all meetings in Denmark which are set up by the Football Agent and must be regarded as reasonable under this Contract.
Player’s Obligations. Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement, Player agrees:
(a) to play in the Club’s AFLW Team to the best of Player’s skill and ability and be available for each Match which the AFLW Team participates in;
(b) subject the CBA, to attend all Club Sessions;
(c) to obey all reasonable instructions, policies and directions of the Senior Coaches, Chief Executive, General Managers, Football Managers and Board of Directors/Management of Club and AFL, including preparation for Club Sessions, Matches, Appearances and behaviour and dress;
(d) to play in all Matches in which Player is selected to or directed by Club to play unless Player is ruled unfit to play by a Medical Officer;
(e) to comply with all reasonable requirements of AFL relating to Player’s obligations under this Agreement and obligations reasonably incidental to this Agreement including attendance at Appearances and in relation to behaviour and dress;
(f) not to enter into any contract, agreement, arrangement, understanding or option to play Australian Football for a Participating Club except in accordance with the AFLW Rules or as otherwise approved in writing by the Club and the AFL;
(g) not to enter into any discussion, negotiation, contract, agreement, arrangement, understanding, or option which would prevent Player (or which gives Player or a Participating Club, company, person or entity the right to prevent Player) from complying with Player’s obligations under this Agreement;
(h) during the Term, to do what is necessary to obtain and maintain the best possible physical condition reasonably expected of a high performance elite athlete so as to render the most efficient and effective service to the Club, the AFLW Team and the AFLW;
(i) to wear only such items of official playing apparel and equipment and devices as may be approved by or prescribed by the AFL or Club in accordance with the AFLW Rules:
(i) provided that such items and official playing apparel are reasonably suitable to the Player to enable the Player to perform Player’s obligations under this Agreement; and
(ii) subject to the Tools of Trade provision in the CBA; and
(j) to submit to a complete physical examination upon the request of the Club and at the Club’s expense prior to the start of the Season.
Player’s Obligations. 8.1. Player’s main occupation
Player’s Obligations. The Player shall throughout the Employment Term:
(a) faithfully observe and comply in all respects with the terms of this Agreement; and
(b) otherwise, not engage in misconduct or otherwise act in a manner inconsistent with the integrity of the Game, or contrary or prejudicial to the best interests, image or welfare of the Club, the Group or the Game during the Employment Term.
Player’s Obligations. As a member of the Side the Player must:
Player’s Obligations. 8.1 Participation in Training Camp, Practices, Games, and Penalty
8.1.1 Player shall diligently participate in any training camp, practices, pre-season games and KBL official games in which Club is involved. Player shall also diligently participate in the KBL All Star Games, public appearances scheduled by Club and/or the KBL, within a reasonable time after the conclusion of the Season, and, if applicable, the KBL award ceremony. Player is not obligated to participate in any of the foregoing activities in case of an injury or illness confirmed by a physician designated by the KBL.
8.1.2 Player hereby acknowledges and agrees that Player shall be solely responsible for all fines or penalties imposed on him by the KBL. In the event Player fails to voluntarily remit the assessed fines or penalties within the prescribed time period, Club shall deduct such fines or penalties from the Base Compensation to which Player is entitled and remit the same to the KBL.
