Position and Reporting. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and shall report directly to the Board of Directors of the Corporation (the “Board”).
Position and Reporting. Enfinity hereby employs the Executive for the Employment Period as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Position and Reporting. During the Employment Period, the Company will employ the Executive, and the Executive agrees to serve and accept employment, as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “Chief Executive Officer”), reporting directly to the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). As Chief Executive Officer, the Executive shall perform the customary duties of such position, subject to the direction and control of the Board, and shall perform such other duties, not inconsistent with such position, as the Board may require.
Position and Reporting. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall serve as the Executive Chairman of CFI. The Executive shall report directly to the Board during the Employment Term. At all times during the Employment Term during which the Executive is serving as a member of the Board, the Executive shall serve as the Chairman of the Board.
Position and Reporting. The Company hereby employs the Executive for the Employment Period as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Position and Reporting. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall serve as the Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer of CLNY’s non-digital businesses. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Financial Officer of the Company during the Employment Term.
Position and Reporting. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall serve as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the Company. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of DBRG.
Position and Reporting. Company hereby employs the Executive for the Employment Period as its Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Position and Reporting. During the Term, Employee shall serve as President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Employer, reporting directly to the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) or the Board’s designee, and shall have such duties, authority, and responsibility as shall be assigned and determined from time to time by the Board, including duties and responsibilities for the Company Group. Employee shall also serve as an officer and/or director of any entity within the Company Group, as may be designated by the Board from time to time, without further compensation other than as provided in this Agreement.
Position and Reporting. The Company hereby employs the Executive for the Employment Period as Chief Operating Officer of the Company on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Effective on the closing date of the Company's initial public offering of Common Stock, the Executive will be employed hereunder as the President and Chief Operating Officer.
