Common use of Position and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Position and Responsibilities. During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank (the “Executive Position”), and will perform the duties and will have all powers associated with such position as set forth in any job description provided to Executive by the Bank, and as may be set forth in the bylaws of the Bank. During the period provided in this Agreement, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank and in such capacity carry out such duties and responsibilities reasonably appropriate to that office.

Position and Responsibilities. During the term period of this Agreementhis employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank (the “Executive Position”), and will perform the duties and will have all powers associated with such position as set forth in any job description provided to Executive by the Bank, and as may be set forth in the bylaws of the Bank. Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. During the period provided in this Agreementsaid period, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of the Holding Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank and in such capacity carry out such duties and responsibilities reasonably appropriate to that officeBank.

Position and Responsibilities. During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank Company (the “Executive Position”), and will perform the duties and will have all powers associated with such position as set forth in any job description provided to Executive by the BankCompany, and as may be set forth in the bylaws of the BankCompany. During the period provided in this Agreement, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank Company and in such capacity carry out such duties and responsibilities reasonably appropriate to that office.

Position and Responsibilities. During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank for the term and on the conditions hereinafter set forth. Executive agrees to perform such services consistent with his position as shall from time to time be assigned to him by the Board. Executive has served in such capacity since June 1, 2005 (the “Executive PositionCommencement Date”), and will perform the duties and will have all powers associated with such position as set forth in any job description provided to Executive by the Bank, and as may be set forth in the bylaws of the Bank. During the period provided in this Agreement, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank and in such capacity carry out such duties and responsibilities reasonably appropriate to that office.

Position and Responsibilities. During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Financial Officer of the Bank (the “Executive Position”), and will perform the duties and will have all powers associated with such position as set forth in any job description provided to Executive by the Bank, and as may be set forth in the bylaws of the Bank. During the period provided in this Agreement, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer or director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank and in such capacity carry out such duties and responsibilities reasonably appropriate to that office.

Position and Responsibilities. During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to serve initially as the Co-President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, and agrees to serve subsequently as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank (the “Executive Position”), ) and will perform the duties and will have all powers associated with such position as set forth in any job description provided to Executive by the Bank, and as may be set forth in the bylaws of the Bank. During the period provided in this Agreement, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank and in such capacity carry out such duties and responsibilities reasonably appropriate to that office.

During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Financial Officer of the Bank (the “Executive Position”), and will perform the all duties and will have all powers associated with such position as set forth in any the job description provided to for such Executive Position as established by the Bank, and as may be set forth in the bylaws of the BankEmployer. During the period provided in this term of the Agreement, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and/or director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank Employer and in such capacity carry out such duties and responsibilities reasonably appropriate to that office.

During the period provided in this term of the Agreement, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and/or director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank Employer and in such capacity carry out such duties and responsibilities reasonably appropriate to that office.

During the term of this Agreement, Agreement Executive agrees to serve as Division Leader and Financial Advisor of the Bank, and will perform such administrative and management services as customarily performed by person in a similar executive capacity and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time by the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and/or the Board of Directors of the Bank (the “Executive PositionBoard”), and will perform the duties and will have all powers associated with such position as set forth in any job description provided to Executive by the Bank, and as may be set forth in the bylaws of the Bank. During the period provided in this Agreement, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank and in such capacity carry out such duties and responsibilities reasonably appropriate to that officeBank.

During the period provided in this term of the Agreement, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer and/or director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank Employer and in such capacity carry out such duties and responsibilities reasonably appropriate to that office.

During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Compliance/ Risk Officer of the Bank (the “Executive Position”), and will perform the all duties and will have all powers associated with such position as set forth in any job description the Job Description provided to Executive by the Bank, Bank and as may be set forth in the bylaws Bylaws of the Bank. During the period provided in this Agreement, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank and in such capacity carry out such duties and responsibilities reasonably appropriate to that office.

Executive shall have such capacity carry out duties, responsibilities and powers as are customary and appropriate for such duties and responsibilities reasonably appropriate to that officeoffices, including without limitation, keeping the Board fully informed of his activities.

During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer Director of Corporate Development of the Bank (the “Executive Position”), and will perform the duties and will have all powers associated with such position as set forth in any job description provided to Executive by the Bank, and as may be set forth in the bylaws of the Bank. During the period provided in this Agreement, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank and in such capacity carry out such duties and responsibilities reasonably appropriate to that office.

Position and Responsibilities.
