Position Description Criterion. If an employee has performed their role to the required standard as detailed in their position description and has accepted additional responsibilities and/or materially improved their performance as indicated by: • Permanent additional quantified workload undertaken and/or • Knowledge and skills, acquired through training, education or experience being significantly utilised, and/or • Performance of current duties exceeding current performance standards. A copy of the current position description clearly showing in either printed handwriting or typed in bold where the position description is to be changed, will be provided as supporting documentation. When considering additional responsibilities and/or material improvement of performance, any changes that have occurred since the employee’s previous increment or grade increase will be taken into account. The impact of additions, amendments and deletions will be considered in totality when considering if a remuneration adjustment is appropriate.
