Position Move-up. A Lineholder who has been awarded a sequence may enter a bid or persistent bid in TTS to change to another position on the same sequence. A Lineholder may indicate her/his election to move such bid to the Unsuccessful Bidders List. Within a two (2) hour period prior to report, a request to move to a premium position will be accommodated on any particular sequence. The Reserve will be assigned the vacant position.
