Positions in Scope. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of the Employer employed in Transit Operations, excluding: supervisors; persons above the rank of supervisor; employees covered by other bargaining units employed by the City of Ottawa; and includes, but not limited to employees specified in this Appendix of this agreement.
