Positive Contact. A live telephone or in-person conversation between a Flight Attendant and the Company.
Positive Contact. Actual person-to-person communication via telephone/cellular phone or other devices/electronic methods or acknowledgement through electronic confirmation by the Flight Attendant for the purpose of notification of an assignment or any other information. Xxxxxx – A Flight Attendant trained and qualified as a Xxxxxx. Release – The point in time a Flight Attendant is released from all duty. Report Time – The actual time at which a Flight Attendant is required to arrive at the designated reporting location for her/his Assignment. Reserve Flight Attendant – A Flight Attendant who is awarded a schedule containing specified Days of availability and intervening Days Off in a Bid Period.
Positive Contact. Actual person-to-person, communication or acknowledgement by the Inflight Crewmember through JETCRW for the purpose of notification of an Assignment or any other information. Premium Pay Scale – The pay scale option which may be chosen by an Inflight Crewmember that pays 1.5 times the Base Premium Rate once the Inflight Crewmember has reached a monthly credit value threshold of seventy-seven (77) hours.
Positive Contact. The supervisor reviews rules, regulations, policies, and standards of conduct with the employee to convey the supervisor’s expectations.
