Coaching Sessions. The need for counselling or disciplinary action should not be confused with less formal coaching sessions. Coaching sessions are an appropriate course of action in initial instances where under performance or unsatisfactory behaviour is relatively minor in nature (where there is minimal impact on fellow employees and operations and no serious breach of company policy or practice), and able to be addressed through readily available support in the form of information or training. Following coaching, repeated or serious instances of poor performance should be addressed through formal counselling and disciplinary procedures.
Coaching Sessions. The costs of delivery of coaching sessions is £30-£40 per hour for a Head Coach* The costs of each additional Assistant Coach is £10-£15 per hour* The ratio of coach to child is – • 5 to 11 yrs – 1 Coach : 12 Participants • 12 to 16 yrs – 1 Coach : 16 Participants • 16 upwards – 1 Coach : 20 Participants Included in this price will be coaches travel costs to and from the venue unless alternative arrangements have been negotiated between the two parties. * Prices differ depending on the level and experience of coach. Consultancy Sessions The costs of delivery of consultancy sessions is • £250 per day (up to 7 hours) • £125 per half day (up to 3.5 hours) Each consultancy session encompass a one off preparation/administration fee of £50 Included in this price will be facilitator’s travel costs to and from the venue unless unless alternative arrangements have been negotiated between the two parties.
Coaching Sessions. Our Christian coaching is primarily conducted by telephone, and your coach will be calling you at agreed upon times. Please make sure you are available and that your coach has your correct phone number at all times. Coaching Schedule: Your two coaching sessions each month will last 30-‐45 minutes each. It is very important that appointments be set at convenient times when you can talk without interruption or distraction. Consistent days and times each month will promote good stewardship. Let’s work hard to honor our appointments as we would for any doctor or counselor. It is very hard to reschedule a missed appointment. Confirmation of your next appointment will be set at the end of each session. Any missed session (not made up in the same month) will prompt a report to your personal BGCT Church Starter and/or BGCT Church Starting Director.
Coaching Sessions. At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to call the Coach at an agreed upon number, social media or arrived at the agreed place. The Coach and client commit to start and finish each session on time. If the client is more than 10 minutes late for a coaching session, the Coach will assume the session is canceled, and the client will forfeit the session fee. Cancellations I ask that you give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change the time of appointment. I will make every effort as well, to re-schedule sessions which are cancelled promptly. If a client does not cancel promptly on a regular basis, I will need to end our coaching relationship. Cancellation (less than 24 hours before) and no‐show appointments are billed to the client for the full amount.

If the client is more than 15 minutes late for a coaching session, the session is assumed cancelled and the Client will forfeit the session fee.
Coaching Sessions. Under this Agreement the Client can buy Coaching Sessions in addition to those provided in the Programme. The Service provided to, and obligations of, the Client are the same as those described in this Schedule B. The Service Fee for the added Coaching Sessions is calculated as the prevailing YourCoachApproach Coaching Session rates less a 20% discount.
Coaching Sessions. Consultant and Client shall determine a mutually agreed upon time to meet. Consultant shall travel to Client or if sessions are via phone, shall initiate the call to Client.
Coaching Sessions. In the LIVE portion of the program, Client has access to 1:1 Coaching calls, and agrees to use them monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly as per the agreed upon schedule described in Exhibit
Coaching Sessions. (i) 1:1 sessions are generally held online via Skype or Zoom but in-person sessions may be available.
Coaching Sessions. The supervisor holds a low-key, structured discussion with the employee to review problems with the goal of helping the employee acknowledge the problem and agree to correct the deficiency.
