Pay scale definition

Pay scale means an “Australian Pay and Classification Scale” (“APCS”) as defined by the Act. For the purposes of this CA if the employee is not covered by a pay scale then the term “pay scale” will be read down, as appropriate, as either the Federal Minimum Wage or a special Federal Minimum Wage.
Pay scale means detail about the pay, how it is paid (hourly, salary, piece rate), and a general description of additional income that is part of the compensation that an employer reasonably expects in good faith to offer for the position.
