Possession and Enjoyment. During the Term of this Agreement, Foundation shall provide Charter School with quiet use and enjoyment of the School Facility and during such term Charter School shall peaceably and quietly have and hold and enjoy the School Facility, without suit, trouble, or hindrance from Foundation, except as expressly set forth herein. Foundation will, at the request of Charter School and at Charter School’s cost, join in any legal action in which Charter School asserts its right to such possession and enjoyment to the extent Foundation may lawfully do so. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Foundation shall have the right to inspect the School Facility as provided in Section 3.4 hereof.
Possession and Enjoyment. The Lessor hereby covenants to provide the State during the term of this Agreement with the quiet use and enjoyment of the Equipment, and the State shall, during the term of this Agreement, peacefully and quietly have and hold and enjoy the Equipment, without suit, trouble or hindrance, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
Possession and Enjoyment. As long as Lessee pays the rent as specified in this Lease and performs all of its obligations under this Lease, Lessee may peacefully and quietly hold and enjoy the Premises for the term of this Lease.

Lessor hereby covenants to provide Lessee during the Term of this Lease with the quiet use and enjoyment of the Equipment, and Lessee shall during the Term of this Lease peaceably and quietly have and hold and enjoy the Equipment, without suit, trouble or hindrance from Lessor, except as expressly set forth in this Lease. Lessor will, at the request of Xxxxxx and at Xxxxxx's cost, join in any legal action in which Xxxxxx asserts its right to such possession and enjoyment to the extent Lessor lawfully may do so.

From and after the installation and acceptance by Lessee of each Equipment Group in accordance with the terms of this Lease Agreement, Lessee shall have the quiet use and enjoyment of such Equipment Group, and Lessee shall during such Lease Term peaceably and quietly have and hold and enjoy such Equipment Group, without suit, trouble or hindrance from Lessor, except as expressly set forth in this Lease Agreement. Lessor will, at the request of Lessee and at Lessee's cost (such cost to be reasonable), join in any legal action in which Lessee asserts its right to such possession and enjoyment to the extent Lessor lawfully may do so.
Possession and Enjoyment. Lessor hereby covenants with respect to the Property, to provide Lessee during the Term with quiet use and enjoyment of the Property, and Lessee shall during the Term peaceably and quietly have and hold and enjoy the Property, without suit, trouble or hindrance from Lessor, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
Possession and Enjoyment. The Lessor covenants that the Lessee, upon making the payments and performing the conditions and covenants prescribed herein, shall have peaceful and quiet enjoyment of the leased premises. It is agreed that by occupying the premises, that Lessee accepts the premises and acknowledges that they are in the condition called for in this lease, and that all conditions precedent to Lessee's occupying the premises have been fulfilled by Lessor.
Possession and Enjoyment. The Trustee hereby covenants to provide the Council during the Term of this Lease with quiet use and enjoyment of the Land and Facilities, and the Council shall during such Term peaceably and quietly have and hold and enjoy the Land and Facilities, without suit, trouble or hindrance from the Trustee, except as expressly set forth in this Lease. The Trustee will, at the request of the Council and at the Council’s cost, join in any legal action in which the Council asserts its right to such possession and enjoyment to the extent the Trustee may lawfully do so.
Possession and Enjoyment a) Lessor agrees that Lessee, paying the royalties and performing the other terms and conditions of this lease, may peaceably hold and enjoy the leased Premises during the lease term without any interruption by Lessor or any other person lawfully claiming by, through or under Lessor. Lessor shall have the right, during the term of this Agreement, to enter upon the leased Premises during normal business hours for the purpose of inspection and determination of compliance with the mining specifications and conditions, or conformance to the Mining Plan or the Landfill/Backfill Plan.
Possession and Enjoyment. County hereby covenants with respect to the Subject Property, to provide CVCS during the Term herein with quiet use and enjoyment of the Property without suit, trouble or hindrance from County, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
