Maintenance Society definition

Maintenance Society means the society, association or body, by whatever name called, that may be formed under clause (e) of sub-section (4) of section 11 of the Act;

  • The Allottee(s), after taking possession, agree(s) to pay the maintenance charges as determined by the Promoter/ Maintenance Society, as the case may be, after the issuance of completion certificate for the Project.

  • The Allottee(s) shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for used by the Maintenance Society for rendering maintenance services.
