Common use of Post Award Conference/Periodic Progress Meetings Clause in Contracts

Post Award Conference/Periodic Progress Meetings. Contractor agrees to attend any post award conference convened by the KO or COR. The KO, COR, and other Government personnel, as appropriate, shall meet periodically with Contractor to review the Contractor’s performance. Government/Contractor shall take appropriate action(s) to resolve outstanding issues. These meetings shall be at no additional cost to the Government.

Contractor agrees to attend Attend any post award conference convened by the KO contracting activity or CORcontract administration office IAW FAR Subpart 42.5. The KO, COR, and other Government personnel, as appropriate, shall may meet periodically with Contractor to review Contractor's performance. At these meetings the KO will apprise Contractor of how the Government views Contractor’s performanceperformance and Contractor will apprise the Government of problems, if any, being experienced. Government/Contractor shall take appropriate action(s) to resolve action on outstanding issues. These meetings shall be at no additional cost to the Government.
