Post-Conference. The evaluator shall have a post-observation conference with the employee within ten (10) workdays following the on site observation. Prior to the post-conference, the employee will be given a copy of the formal evaluation. The evaluator and the employee shall sign the completed evaluation. The employee’s signature will note receipt of the form but may not mean agreement with the contents.
