Post Contractual Obligations. In the event that the term of this agreement expires, the CONTRACTOR agrees to continue providing services, at the current rates, on a month to month basis until the CITY establishes a new contract for services.
Post Contractual Obligations. In the event of a termination, for any reason, or the expiration of the Renewal Term or any subsequent term, the Contractor shall continue to coordinate and work with the City during any transition to a subsequent vendor and ensure that there is no interruption in the services provided by the Original Agreement and any subsequent amendments, at the current rates, on a month to month basis until the City establishes a new contract for services.
Post Contractual Obligations. 8.1 The post-contractual obligations set out in the Employment Contract, including, but not limited to the confidentiality obligation, will continue to apply in full after the End Date. The non- competition obligations under article 12 paragraph 1, sub paragraph a., b., c., and d. of the Employment Contract, will be waived effective the End Date. The penalty clause included in the Employment Contract will continue to apply in full after the End Date.
Post Contractual Obligations. (a) Except as otherwise provided in Section 11(b), all obligations arising under this Agreement which are due and not yet performed at the time of termination of this Agreement shall survive such termination until performed.
