Industry Ratings The City will only accept coverage from an insurance carrier who offers proof that it: a. Is authorized to do business in the State of Kansas; b. Carries a Best's policyholder rating of A- or better; and c. Carries at least a Class VIII financial rating; or d. Is a company mutually agreed upon by the City and Consulting Engineer/Architect.
Payment Grace Period The Borrower shall have a ten (10) day grace period to pay any monetary amounts due under this Note, after which grace period a default interest rate of fifteen percent (15%) per annum shall apply to the amounts owed hereunder.
Required Ratings The Offered Certificates shall have received Required Ratings of at least [ ] from [ ].
Rating The Notes can be issued without the requirement that they have any rating from a nationally recognized statistical rating organization.
SUSPENSIVE CONDITION i) The contract only becomes binding and enforceable once: a. the Parties have signed this contract and the PRODUCER has received a MEATCO confirmation letter stipulating the applicable xxxxxxxxx period and cattle quantity to be delivered to MEATCO; b. MEATCO agrees to provide a xxxxxxxxx allocation to the PRODUCER on a first come first served basis principle, and at the sole discretion of MEATCO; and c. the PRODUCER has provided, within 10 business days of MEATCO’s request, a guarantee or security for the payment of the maximum penalty capable of being imposed in terms of clause A. vi) above to the satisfaction of MEATCO.
Level Three Director of Elementary or Secondary Education or the Administrator responsible under the superintendent’s level or his/her designee. In the event a grievance has not been satisfactorily resolved at the second level, the aggrieved employee shall file, within five (5) working days of the principal’s or immediate supervisor’s written decision at the second level, a copy of the grievance with the Director of Elementary or Secondary Education or the Administrator responsible under the superintendent’s level or his/her designee. Within ten (10) working days after such written grievance is filed the aggrieved and the Director of Elementary or Secondary Education or the Administrator responsible under the superintendent’s level or his/her designee shall meet to resolve the grievance. The Director of Elementary or Secondary Education or the Administrator responsible under the Administrator responsible under the superintendent’s level or his/her designee shall file an answer within ten (10) working days of the third level grievance and communicate it in writing to the employee and the principal or immediate supervisor.
Cultural Competency 1. All program staff shall receive at least one (1) in-service training per year on some aspect of providing culturally and linguistically appropriate services. At least once per year and upon request, Contractor shall provide County with a schedule of in-service training(s) and a list of participants at each such training. 2. Contractor shall use good faith efforts to translate health-related materials in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner. At least once per year and upon request, Contractor shall provide to County copies of Contractor’s health-related materials in English and as translated. 3. Contractor shall use good faith efforts to hire clinical staff members who can communicate with clients in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner. At least once per year and upon request, Contractor shall submit to County the cultural composition and linguistic fluencies of Contractor’s staff.
Insurance Carrier Rating Coverages provided by Contractor must be underwritten by an insurance company deemed acceptable to the State of Washington’s Office of Risk Management. Insurance coverage shall be provided by companies authorized to do business within the State of Washington and rated A- Class VII or better in the most recently published edition of Best’s Insurance Rating. Enterprise Services reserves the right to reject all or any insurance carrier(s) with an unacceptable financial rating.
Level 1 If an Employee wishes to submit a grievance, he/she shall first discuss the complaint with his/her immediate supervisor. The Grievance Committee representative and one administrator may also be present. This discussion must occur within ten (10) days of the event causing the complaint.
Population The Population shall be defined as all Paid Claims during the 12-month period covered by the Claims Review.
