Level definition

Level has the meaning given that term in the definition of the term “Applicable Margin.”

Level means a generic term relating to the vertical position of an aircraft in flight and meaning variously, height, altitude or flight level;

Level means the designation of ventilator-assisted care assigned to an adult foster home license based on the qualifications of the licensee, resident manager, floating resident manager, and shift caregivers, as applicable.
