Post-tenure Evaluation of Full-Time Faculty. a. Student evaluations: Results from quarterly student evaluations from one class per year will be given to the unit administrator. b. Administrative evaluation: Every three (3) years, each faculty member will have a comprehensive administrative evaluation of the faculty member’s professional obligations as defined by Article 6.8, a review of student evaluations, a written self- evaluation, and classroom observation by the unit administrator or faculty member’s supervisor. The Vice President for Instruction or his/her designee will review concerns from either the faculty member or the unit administrator about the outcome of the evaluation process.
