Postdated Checks. Our check processing equipment is unable to detect postdated checks (that is, a check dated later than the date on which the check is written). Therefore, you agree not to write postdated checks on your account. You agree that we can assume that all checks presented against your account are payable on demand. We may pay and charge against your account a postdated check even though payment was made before the date of the check. We will not be liable to you for paying a postdated check drawn on your account before the stated date unless required by Applicable Law. (e)
