Posted Schedules. The schedule of hours shall be posted and approved two weeks in advance by the Manager. Changes may take place because of unforeseen circumstances or where an employee's request for change is mutually agreeable to the Manager, the employee requesting the change and the replacing employee. Each branch/department will maintain a posted master schedule.
