Posted Schedules. (a) The hours of work shall be posted two (2) weeks in advance of the schedule to be worked. The posted schedule will cover a period of not less than four (4) weeks. (b) A Nurse may request specific days off or to exchange days off with another Nurse. The Employer requires the request to be in writing. Consent shall not be unreasonably withheld by the Employer provided that the Nurse has given reasonable notice of the change requested, it is operationally feasible and there is no financial cost to the Employer.
