Common use of Posting of Overload Assignments Clause in Contracts

Posting of Overload Assignments. The College Human Resources Department shall provide electronically to all full-time faculty the Schedule of Classes, upon its publication, and the form necessary to apply for overload sections. Applications for overload sections must be submitted to the appropriate department with a copy to the academic xxxx at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the first day of class for that semester or session.
