Common use of Postponement and Compensation Clause in Contracts

Postponement and Compensation. The Manager shall be entitled to postpone a post production rehearsal for up to 14 days by giving the Musician not less than 7 days’ prior notice subject in all cases of alteration to the Manager compensating the Musician for any reasonable loss of remuneration as a result of the Musician having to cancel or having declined to accept a conflicting musical engagement provided that the Musician supplies evidence satisfactory to the Manager.
