Common use of Potable Water Testing Fees Clause in Contracts

Potable Water Testing Fees. The Contractor shall be responsible for fees associated for potable water testing upon arrival at the incident and once every 30 days or any subsequent testing required due to a positive test result for coliform bacteria. The Government will reimburse the Contractor for testing whenever switching to a different Government provided potable water source or whenever local health authorities or Government representative request testing more than once every 30 days. The invoice shall clearly document in the remarks block when the Government is reimbursing the Contractor for testing
