Developer shall design the Merchant Transmission Facility to maintain an effective power delivery at maximum net capability at the Point of Interconnection within the variable range of -50 MVAr and +200 MVAr for an AC voltage range of 0.95 pu to 1.05 pu at the Point of Interconnection, as discussed further in Appendix G.
