Transfer of Agreement 9.1 Unless with the prior consent from the Pledgee, the Pledgor has no right to grant or transfer any of his rights and obligations hereunder.

End of Agreement You may terminate this Agreement by destroying all copies of the Program. Your right to use the Program shall end immediately if You fail to comply with any of the terms set forth in this Agreement, or as otherwise set forth in the “License” section above, in which case You shall destroy all copies of the Program. Except as expressly set forth in the Associated Product Agreement, the terms and conditions governing the Associated Product Agreement are not affected by the termination of Your right to use the Program under this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement that by their nature continue shall survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Letter of Agreement re MULTIPLE ASSIGNMENT The following are the jobs to which an employee may receive a multiple assignment as of August 1, 1996: Multiple Assignment Job A No. 14 Tractor Operator Hi Lift X.X. 9 No. 24 Utility Man - Service X.X. 5 It is understood that if the Company cancels any multiple assignments because of the conditions under which they were established being changed or discontinued, or by mutual agreement under the provisions of 6.26 of the Basic Agreement, new multiple assignments may be substituted, provided that there is prior discussion with the Union and provided further that such new multiple assignments are established consistent with and conforming to the principles on which the above multiple assignments were based. However, it is understood that the number of multiple assignments in effect at any one (1) time shall not exceed five (5) without the consent of the Union. The above confirms our agreement regarding multiple assignments.
Assignment of Agreement The following conditions must be satisfied in order to effectuate any assignment of this Agreement:
Authorization of Agreement This Agreement has been duly authorized, executed and delivered by the Company.
Assignment or Transfer of Agreement (a) The Subscriber shall not assign, transfer, sublicense or provide as collateral, or otherwise dispose of the right to receive the SORACOM Air Global Service or the SORACOM System (defined in Section 12.1) under the Agreement. However, only in the case that SORACOM Air Global Service channel is in “Ready” status in the SORACOM System, the Subscriber may assign the right to receive the SORACOM Air Global Service using such channel to third party who holds a SORACOM Account by prescribed operation via the SORACOM Console (defined below). In this case, such third party shall succeed to the status of the Subscriber under this Agreement (including the obligations of the Subscriber) and the Subscriber shall be jointly and severally liable for the obligations of such third party under the Agreement with such third party.
OF AGREEMENT Sections 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 shall be read in their entirety as provided in the Agreement. Article IV (except for Sections 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 thereof) shall be read in its entirety as follows and shall be applicable only to the Investor Certificates:
Body of Agreement 15.1 Wage Schedules for the various classifications and the various geographic areas covered by this Agreement are attached to this and form a part hereof.
Formation of Agreement A. No agreement between the Parties is formed until all applicable actions have been completed to the satisfaction of Valley Water. Valley Water Project Manager will not issue a Notice to Proceed until all required documents have been submitted and accepted by Valley Water.
