Common use of Power Outages Clause in Contracts

Power Outages. The Service does not function in the event of power failure. Should there be a power interruption in the power supply, the Service will not function until power is restored. A power failure or disruption may require that Equipment be reset or reconfigured prior to utilizing the Service. Power disruptions or failures will also prevent dialing to emergency service numbers including any 911 calling feature that may be activated in or accessed by the Service.
