All Power Ranking factors that measure performance from the previous twelve-month period will be adjusted to encompass a 12 month period exclusive of absence for parental leave or short-term disability leave. For example, if a Financial Advisor was on a leave of absence for four of the preceding 12 months, the previous 12 months measure will instead count the last 12 months that the employee was active.
