Power Records. Producer hereby authorizes District obtain information relating to energy/electrical power consumption for each Well on the Property from the agency or company providing the electricity or energy.

Customer Records Customer grants to Cisco and its independent accountants the right to examine Xxxxxxxx's books, records and accounts during Customer's normal business hours to verify compliance with this Agreement. In the event such audit discloses non-compliance with this Agreement, Customer shall promptly pay to Cisco the appropriate license fees, plus the reasonable cost of conducting the audit.
Paper Record Search If the Reporting Financial Institution’s electronically searchable databases include fields for and capture all of the information described in subparagraph D.3. of this section, then no further paper record search is required. If the electronic databases do not capture all of this information, then with respect to High Value Accounts, the Reporting Financial Institution must also review the current customer master file and, to the extent not contained in the current customer master file, the following documents associated with the account and obtained by the Reporting Financial Institution within the last five years for any of the indicia described in subparagraph B.1. of this section:
Your records You agree to keep adequate records in accordance with Applicable Regulations to demonstrate the nature of orders submitted and the time at which such orders are submitted.

J4 Records The Contractor and any Sub-contractors appointed by it shall maintain the records referred to in clause E9.1 and such other documents as the Authority may reasonably require throughout the period of this Contract; and the Contractor and any Sub-contractors appointed by it shall maintain such records and documents until at least 31 December 2022.
Books Records and Accounting The General Partner shall keep or cause to be kept at the registered office of the Partnership appropriate books and records with respect to the Partnership’s activities and affairs. Any books and records maintained by or on behalf of the Partnership in the regular course of its activities and undertakings, including the record of the Record Holders, books of account and records of Partnership proceedings, may be kept on information storage devices, provided, that the books and records so maintained are convertible into clearly legible written form within a reasonable period of time. The books of the Partnership shall be maintained, for financial reporting purposes, on an accrual basis in accordance with IFRS-IASB. In accordance with Bermuda Law, the records of account and registers will be kept available for inspection by any Limited Partner or its duly authorized representatives during regular business hours at the registered office of the Partnership. Limited Partners shall not have access to any information of the Partnership contained in its books and records which the General Partner is required by legal or contractual restriction to keep confidential or which, in the opinion of the General Partner, acting reasonably, should be kept confidential in the interests of the Partnership or may be kept confidential as provided in this Agreement, and each Limited Partner hereby waives any right to greater access to the books and records of the Partnership than is permitted herein, to the greatest extent permitted by Law.
Financial Records 26.1.1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare and maintain accurate and complete financial records. Financial records shall be retained by CONTRACTOR for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of final payment under this Contract, or until all pending COUNTY, State, and federal audits are completed, whichever is later.
SUBSCRIBER RECORDS, ACCESS AND AUDIT 5.1. STAR shall, during the Audit referred to in Clause 14 of the Agreement, be entitled to access the Records, SMS, CAS and related systems of the DTHO in order to determine the correctness of the Reports referred to in Clause 4.1 of this Addendum. In the event an audit or inspection by the STAR’s representative(s) reveals that the DTHO has under-reported or has misrepresented any information contained in the Reports or any item having a bearing on the computation of the Incentives that the DTHO is entitled to avail and/ or the License Fee payable by the DTHO, the STAR shall provide the DTHO with written notice setting out the amount of such additional fee (“Shortfall Amount”) payable by the DTHO to the STAR (“Notice of Shortfall”). Upon receipt of the Notice of Shortfall, the DTHO shall immediately, and in any event no later than 2 (two) calendar days from the date of receiving such Notice of Shortfall pay the Shortfall Amount together with interest at the Late Payment Interest Rate for the period from the date when the payments should have been made by the DTHO until the actual date of payment in the manner set out in Clause 14 of the Agreement.
Payroll Records 6.34.1 Contractor and any Subcontractor(s) shall comply with the requirements of Labor Code Section 1776. Such compliance includes the obligation to furnish the records specified in Section 1776 directly to the Labor Commissioner in an electronic format, or other format as specified by the Commissioner, in the manner provided by Labor Code Section 1771.4.
Personnel Records (A) There shall be only one official personnel file for each employee, which shall be maintained by the employing agency. Information in an employee’s official personnel file may be maintained in electronic as well as paper form.
