Within fifteen (15) days of the end of each quarterly reporting period, Competitive Supplier shall present a copy of the current “Disclosure Label” required by the Department, pursuant to 220 CMR § 11.06, of all Competitive Suppliers to be disclosed to their Participating Consumers which includes information pertaining to Competitive Supplier’s power supply and a reasonably detailed description of the sources of Competitive Supplier’s power supply used to serve Participating Consumers pursuant to this Agreement.
