POWER SUPPLY REPORT. Within fifteen (15) days of the end of each quarterly reporting period, Competitive Supplier shall present a copy of the current “Disclosure Label” required by the Department, pursuant to 220 CMR § 11.06, of all Competitive Suppliers to be disclosed to their Participating Consumers which includes information pertaining to Competitive Supplier’s power supply and a reasonably detailed description of the sources of Competitive Supplier’s power supply used to serve Participating Consumers pursuant to this Agreement. Competitive Supplier shall post the “Disclosure Label” on its web site under Town of Foxborough power supply program.
