Powers following cancellation. Without prejudice to the generality of the powers and remedies vested in the Buyers under this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents, at any time after the occurrence of an MOA Termination Event which is continuing, and if the Buyers have not received in full the amounts payable under Clause 9 (Cancellation and refund), the Buyers shall become immediately entitled:
