PPA Customer Complaints. Seller will promptly provide notice to Buyer if Seller has received any written communication from any PPA Customer suggesting that such PPA Customer is dissatisfied with the operational performance of any Facility or with the manner in which EPC Services or Facility Services have been provided by Buyer, Seller or any other Service Provider in respect of any Facility. If any PPA Customer misdirects any written notice to Seller that should have been delivered to Buyer under the applicable PPA or Site License, Seller shall promptly deliver such written notice to Buyer.
