Cost 5.2.1.2. Ability to meet completion dates in proposed project schedule
' Compensation Insurance PURCHASER shall perform the operations in accordance with the requirements of the Workers' Compensation Law of the State of Oregon during the term of this contract. In addition, the PURCHASER, its subcontractors, if any, and all employers providing work, labor, or materials under this contract are subject employers under the Oregon Workers' Compensation Law and shall comply with ORS 656.017 and 656.029, which requires them to provide workers' compensation coverage that satisfies Oregon law for all their subject workers. Out-of-state employers must provide Oregon workers' compensation coverage for their workers who work at a single location within Oregon for more than 30 days in a calendar year. Contractors who perform the operations without the assistance or labor of any employee need not obtain such coverage.
Legal Expense All costs of handling, investigating and settling litigation or recovering the assets, including, without limiting generality, attorney's fees, court costs, costs of investigation or procuring evidence and amounts paid in settlement or satisfaction of any litigation or claims; provided, however, that, unless otherwise approved in advance by the Management Committee, no charge shall be made for the services of the Operator's legal staff or the fees and expenses of outside solicitors.
Limit on Operating Expenses The Advisor hereby agrees to limit the Fund’s current Operating Expenses to an annual rate, expressed as a percentage of the Fund’s average daily net assets for the month, to the amounts listed in Appendix A (the “Annual Limit”). In the event that the current Operating Expenses of the Fund, as accrued each month, exceed its Annual Limit, the Advisor will pay to the Fund, on a monthly basis, the excess expense within the first ten days of the month following the month in which such Operating Expenses were incurred (each payment, a “Fund Reimbursement Payment”).
Professional Expenses Each calendar year during the Employment Term, the Company agrees to reimburse the Executive for up to $10,000 of reasonable professional expenses (i.e., accounting, financial planning, estate planning expenses) incurred by the Executive during such year for personal advice rendered to the Executive.
Business Expenses and Final Compensation You acknowledge that you have been reimbursed by the Company for all business expenses incurred in conjunction with the performance of your employment and that no other reimbursements are owed to you. You further acknowledge that you have received payment in full for all services rendered in conjunction with your employment by the Company, including payment for all wages, bonuses and accrued, unused vacation time, and that no other compensation is owed to you except as provided herein.
Business Expense The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other business expenses incurred by the Executive in the course of performing the duties of the Position. Those expenses shall be reimbursed in accordance with the standard policies and procedures of the Company in effect from time to time related to such reimbursable expenses.
Travel Expenses CONTRACTOR shall not be allowed or paid travel expenses unless set forth in this Agreement.
Automobile Expenses The Company shall provide the Executive with an automobile allowance not to exceed $1,000 per month. The Company shall pay all insurance premiums and maintenance for the automobile that is the subject of the automobile allowance.
Cost Reimbursement This payment method is based on an approved budget and submission of a request for reimbursement of expenses Xxxxxxx has incurred at the time of the request;
