Pre-Conditions to Network Services. A Prospective Network User that requires a Network Service must satisfy a number of pre- conditions before AGN is required to provide that Network Service. These pre-conditions are as follows: a the Network User must satisfy AGN that the Network User meets the requirements of AGN’s Network User Policy; b the Network User must satisfy AGN that the Network User is registered under the Rules as a registered participant in the relevant registrable capacities; c the Network User must satisfy AGN that the Network User has adequate arrangements in place to ensure that the Network User will comply with its obligations to AGN in relation to the Network Service; and d the Network User must execute a written agreement setting out or incorporating the terms and conditions on which AGN is to provide the Network User with the Network Service.

  • Conversion of Wholesale Services to Network Elements or Network Elements to Wholesale Services Upon request, AT&T shall convert a wholesale service, or group of wholesale services, to the equivalent Network Element or Combination that is available to TWTC pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement or convert a Network Element or Combination that is available to TWTC pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement to an equivalent wholesale service or group of wholesale services offered by AT&T (collectively “Conversion”). AT&T shall charge the applicable nonrecurring switch-as-is rates for Conversions to specific Network Elements or Combinations found in Exhibit A. AT&T shall also charge the same nonrecurring switch-as-is rates when converting from Network Elements or Combinations. Any rate change resulting from the Conversion will be effective as of the next billing cycle following AT&T’s receipt of a complete and accurate Conversion request from TWTC. A Conversion shall be considered termination for purposes of any volume and/or term commitments and/or grandfathered status between TWTC and AT&T. Any change from a wholesale service/group of wholesale services to a Network Element/Combination, or from a Network Element/Combination to a wholesale service/group of wholesale services, that requires a physical rearrangement will not be considered to be a Conversion for purposes of this Agreement. AT&T will not require physical rearrangements if the Conversion can be completed through record changes only. Orders for Conversions will be handled in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Ordering Guidelines and Processes and CLEC Information Packages as referenced in Sections 1.14.1 and 1.14.2 below.

  • ACCESS TO OPERATIONS SUPPORT SYSTEMS 2.1 BellSouth shall provide Connect Paging access to operations support systems (OSS) functions for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing. BellSouth shall provide access to the OSS through manual and/or electronic interfaces as described in this Attachment. It is the sole responsibility of Connect Paging to obtain the technical capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. Specifications for Connect Paging’s access and use of BellSouth’s electronic interfaces are set forth at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx and are incorporated herein by reference.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing Ymax traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandems and Verizon End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to Ymax, the subtending arrangements between Ymax Tandems and Ymax End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that Ymax maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Service Conditions Customer acknowledges that in the event of a service issue, Customer is responsible for on-site cooperative testing with LightEdge Technical Support to assist in the diagnosis of the trouble. Customer agrees to be bound to current terms of LightEdge Acceptable Use Policy. Terms of the Acceptable Use Policy are subject to change without notice. Current Acceptable Use Policy can be found here: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal Customer agrees that any service complaints including concerns regarding level of support, products, service reliability, or any other concerns related to LightEdge or Services being provided by LIghtEdge will be communicated to LightEdge by sending an email to xx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • Misuse of Internet-based Services You may not use these services in any way that could harm them or impair anyone else’s use of them. You may not use the services to try to gain unauthorized access to any service, data, account or network by any means.

  • Verizon Operations Support Systems Verizon systems for pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing.

  • Safe Conditions Whenever an employee reports a condition which the employee feels represents a violation of safety or health rules and regulations or which is an unreasonable hazard to persons or property, such conditions shall be promptly investigated. The appropriate administrator shall reply to the concern, in writing, if the employee's concern is communicated in writing.
