Common use of Pre-Existing Conditions Clause in Contracts

Pre-Existing Conditions. This policy does not cover death due to Pre-existing conditions within the first 12 months from the Policy issue date. When this happens, We will refund the Premiums paid without interest, less any amounts owing to Us from this policy.
